Analytics and tracking you can actually trust.
We set up GA4, Google Tag Manager, Amplitude, Mixpanel and conversion tracking properly, so you know which pages, campaigns and channels bring in leads and sales. No more guessing, no more numbers that do not add up.
Your analytics are probably lying to you.
Ask most businesses where their last ten leads came from and you will get a shrug, or a GA4 report nobody quite believes. Form submissions are not tracked. Purchases are counted twice. Ad platforms each claim credit for the same sale. Half the data disappears because the cookie banner was never connected to the tags.
The result is expensive: you keep paying for campaigns that do not work and cut the ones that do. Decisions get made on gut feel because the dashboard cannot be trusted.
We fix that. As developers, we implement tracking in the code and in Tag Manager, test every event, and connect it all to reports that answer real business questions: what is working, what is not and where to spend next.
Analytics and tracking services
From a clean GA4 setup to full product analytics and live dashboards, built for marketing teams, founders and developers alike.
GA4 setup & audits
A clean Google Analytics 4 property with the right events, conversions, audiences and filters, plus fixes for setups that were rushed.
Google Tag Manager
An organised GTM container with naming conventions, data layer events and version control, so tags are easy to manage and never break silently.
eCommerce tracking
Accurate product views, add to cart, checkout and purchase events for WooCommerce and Shopify stores, with revenue that matches your orders.
Ad conversion tracking
Google Ads conversions, enhanced conversions and the Meta Conversions API, so your ad platforms optimise for real leads and sales.
Amplitude & Mixpanel
Product analytics for SaaS and web apps: custom events, server-side tracking, funnels, segmentation and cohorts. See details.
Dashboards & reporting
Looker Studio and custom dashboards that combine GA4, Search Console, ads and CRM data into one view your whole team understands.
Product analytics that show how people really use your product.
Page views tell you very little about a SaaS product or web app. You need to know who signs up, which features they use, where they get stuck and who comes back. We implement Amplitude and Mixpanel end to end, from the tracking plan to the reports your product and growth teams use every day.
Tracking plan & custom events
A clear event taxonomy designed around your product and business goals, so data stays clean as you grow.
- Tracking plan with events, properties and naming rules
- Custom events for sign-ups, activation, feature use and billing
- Event and user properties for rich analysis
- Identity resolution across anonymous and logged-in users
- Data governance so junk events never pollute reports
Server-side tracking
Events sent from your backend for data that is accurate, complete and safe from ad blockers.
- Amplitude HTTP API and Mixpanel server SDKs
- Backend events from FastAPI, Node.js, PHP and Laravel
- Payments, subscriptions and webhooks tracked at the source
- Combined client-side and server-side setup without duplicates
- Batching, retries and deduplication built in
Reporting, segmentation & cohorts
Reports that answer real product questions, not just pretty charts.
- Funnels to find where users drop off
- Retention and churn analysis
- Segmentation by plan, channel, country or behaviour
- Behavioural cohorts synced to email and ad tools
- Dashboards for product, growth and leadership teams
Accurate data that respects your visitors
Tracking has to follow the rules. We set it up so you stay compliant without losing the insight you need.
Consent done right
Cookie banners that actually control your tags.
- Google Consent Mode v2 connected to your banner
- GDPR-ready setup for UK and EU visitors, plus US privacy laws such as CCPA
- Aligned with India’s DPDP Act requirements
- Tags that only fire once consent is given
Reliable, future-proof data
Less data loss from ad blockers and browser limits.
- Server-side tagging where it makes sense
- First-party data collection and clean UTMs
- CRM integration to track leads through to sales
- Documented setup your team can maintain
From messy data to clear decisions
Most tracking projects take 1 to 3 weeks, depending on how many sites, tools and events are involved.
Audit
We review your current tags, events, conversions and reports to find gaps and errors.
Measurement plan
We agree the business questions, KPIs and events that matter, written down in plain English.

Dashboards your team will use, plus a walkthrough of how to read them.
Which analytics tool do you actually need?
You do not need every tool on the market. Here is how we usually match tools to businesses. Read more in our guide to analytics, tracking and reporting.
| Tool | Best for |
|---|---|
| GA4 + GTM | Every website: traffic, sources, leads and eCommerce sales. |
| Amplitude / Mixpanel | SaaS and apps: custom events, funnels, retention, segmentation and cohorts. |
| Looker Studio | Combined dashboards for owners and marketing teams. |
| CRM reporting | Tracking leads all the way to closed deals and revenue. |
Analytics and tracking questions, answered
Why do my GA4 numbers not match my sales or leads?
The usual causes are missing or duplicated events, purchases tracked on page load instead of on confirmation, consent banners blocking tags and ad blockers. A tracking audit shows exactly where the gap comes from and how to close it.
Can you set up conversion tracking for Google Ads and Meta?
Yes. We set up Google Ads conversions, enhanced conversions and the Meta Conversions API, so both platforms receive accurate lead and purchase data and can optimise your campaigns properly.
Do I need Google Tag Manager?
For most businesses, yes. Tag Manager keeps all your tracking tags in one place, makes changes faster and safer, and avoids cluttering your website code with scripts.
Is your tracking setup GDPR and privacy compliant?
We connect your cookie banner to Google Consent Mode v2, so tags respect each visitor’s choice. This supports GDPR for UK and EU visitors, US state privacy laws such as CCPA and the data protection rules that apply in India. For full legal advice, check with your legal adviser.
Should I use Mixpanel or Amplitude instead of GA4?
They do different jobs. GA4 is best for website traffic and marketing. Mixpanel and Amplitude are better for understanding how people use a SaaS product or app. Many of our clients use GA4 for marketing and Mixpanel for product analytics.
Can you set up server-side tracking in Amplitude or Mixpanel?
Yes. We send key events such as sign-ups, payments and subscription changes directly from your backend using the Amplitude HTTP API or Mixpanel server SDKs. Server-side events are more accurate, are not blocked by ad blockers and keep sensitive logic off the browser.
What are cohorts and segmentation in Amplitude?
Segmentation lets you compare groups of users, for example by plan, country or acquisition channel. Cohorts are saved groups based on behaviour, such as users who signed up last month but never used a key feature. You can analyse them, track their retention and sync them to email or ad tools to re-engage them.
How long does a tracking setup take?
A standard website setup with GA4, Tag Manager and conversion tracking usually takes about a week. Multi-site setups, eCommerce, server-side tagging and custom dashboards take 2 to 3 weeks.
