Who we are
This website, rudratechtalk.com, is operated by Rudra Tech Talk, a web development and digital growth studio based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India (“Rudra Tech Talk”, “we”, “us” or “our”). For the purposes of data protection law, including the UK GDPR, we are the controller of the personal information described in this policy.

Information we collect
Information you give us
When you fill in our contact or audit request form, we collect the details you provide: your first and last name, email address, phone number, company name and your message. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and anything you include in your message.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you request and the date and time of your visit. This is used to deliver the website securely, prevent abuse and keep the site running smoothly.
We do not currently use advertising networks, advertising cookies or third-party analytics tools on this website. If we introduce analytics in the future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
How we use your information
We use your personal information to:
- reply to your enquiry and prepare any audit, proposal or quote you request
- arrange and hold calls or meetings with you

We are based in India, and our service providers may process data in the United States, the European Union and other countries. When personal information from the UK or EEA is transferred to countries without an adequacy decision, we rely on appropriate safeguards offered by our providers, such as standard contractual clauses or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
Cookies
Our website uses only a small number of cookies that are necessary for it to work, such as cookies that keep the site secure and remember login sessions for site administrators. These do not require consent.
Our contact form is provided by HubSpot. When you use the form, HubSpot may use cookies or similar technologies to process and protect your submission. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, although some features may then not work as intended.
How long we keep your data
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and usually no longer than 24 months after our last contact with you unless you become a client. Client records are kept for the duration of our relationship and as long as required afterwards for legal, tax and accounting purposes. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you
- correct inaccurate or incomplete information
- ask us to delete your information
- object to or restrict how we use your information
- receive your information in a portable format
- withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent
UK and EU residents also have the right to complain to a data protection authority. In the UK, this is the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
US residents: depending on your state, such as California under the CCPA/CPRA, you may have rights to know, delete and correct personal information, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
India residents: you have rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, including the right to access, correct and erase your personal data and to nominate another person to exercise your rights.

Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including HTTPS encryption, security plugins and access controls on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Our WordPress plugins
Our free plugins published on WordPress.org, such as Rudra Image Optimizer and Rudra WC Test Data Generator, run on your own website. They do not send personal data or usage tracking back to us. Data they process stays on your server under your control.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time, for example if we add new tools or services. The latest version will always be on this page with the “Last updated” date at the top.
